CNC PLASMA CUTTING
With a plasma cutting bed size of upto 14 Meters by 3 meters we are easily able to cut various full size plates.
Tested Cutting sizes
-
Carbon Steel – Upto 250mm Thickness
-
Stainless Steel – Upto 80mm Thickness
Press Brake Machine
With press brake capacities up to 600 tons and 20′, can bend, form, flatten, and straighten fabrications with the most demanding specifications. Plate and sheet can be rolled into cylinders and cylinder segments, helixes, cones; concentric or eccentric
Bending Machine
Plate Bending Machine with upto 50mm Thick X 3 meter long shell capacity. It has a roller diameter of 450mm. Bending with various carbon and stainless steel have been performed.
Due to the special configuration of HAV electronic plate bending rolls, the machine’s 3 rolls move independently – the top roll moves vertically, the lower rolls horizontally – allowing you to adjust, as required, the centre distance between the lower rolls and the distance between the bending points, as is the case on a press brake with variable opening lower die. By reducing to the minimum the centre distance between the lower rolls, the HAV series bending rolls obtain excellent traction of the sheet. In addition, by minimising the length of the straight part, they offer better quality pre-bending. The maximum centre distance between the lower rolls instead, makes it possible to produce a huge rolling capacity.
Angle Roll Bending Machine
RCMI, double pinch angle rolls is specifically designed for bending profiles and angles with high flexion strength modulus. This is a Three-roll Section Bending Machine: one roll is fixed and the other two rolls are moving up and down and towards the central roll with planetary movement. Thanks to these movements, the RCMI can bend profiles at any diameter. All the three rolls are driven in order to have the maximum torque transmission to the profile.
The RCMI Profile Bending Machine is equipped with a series of modular rolls that makes it possible to bend different profiles and angles with maximum accuracy and minimum deformation. With the modular rolls, it is possible to bend flat bars, square bars, round bars, T-profile and angle in all the bending ways and with a set of universal rolls, it is also possible to bend I beams, H beams and U channels for structural steel.
Multiple Welding Stations
For OXY/ACT, MMA, MIG/MAG, FCAW, TIG and SAW welding processes and adopting the correct pre-heats, inter pass temperature and post-heat requirements within the procedure.
Welding operators are qualified in welding processes such as SMAW, GTAW, SAW, FCAW, GMAW, ESSC etc.
Welding engineering team embraces many disciplines, including weld design, material processing, metallurgy, fabrication, quality control and repair.
Blasting and Painting
SAI TECH provides blasting and painting with in-house closed chambers. Both chambers measure 12 meter in width and 56 meters in length, equipped with overhead cranes.
With our blasting expertise, we can restore surfaces to their original condition as well as clean and prepare them for painting and coating. Blasting involves propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure. It is a fast and economical process for smoothing a rough surface, roughening a smooth surface, shaping a surface, removing existing coatings, and cleaning off contaminants such as rust and scale. We use one or more forms of abrasive media, from aggressive to mild, depending on the substrate and finishing requirements.
Using our spray booth, we apply an extensive range of industrial coatings, including primer, enamel, epoxy, and high-temperature paints. We offer an extensive selection of painting and coating options. Customers can specify the coating choice, and we can also help navigate them through the features and benefits of the various options. We offer coatings that provide different levels of protection against abrasion, corrosion, moisture, wear, etc. Coatings for insulation, noise reduction, flame resistance, color, cosmetic appearance, and more are available.
We have trained and certified paint specialist on staff, and we inspect the blast profile and measure dry film thickness per standards and customer requirements. Contact us any time to learn more about our impressive blasting and painting operations or request a quote.
Testing
We offer a variety of post fabrication testings as per customer requirements. Non – destructive testing, includes, Visual, MPI, DPI, and Hardness testing can be carried out when called for within the procedure, or by the use of an independent testing house as and when required. Pressure Testing, Hydro-Testing, and Pneumatic Testing beds are available in–house
