EXTRA DURABLE PLATES
At Sai-Tech, our branded overlay plates are designed with a backing mild steel plate that ensures structural integrity. This robust construction allows us to fabricate overlay plates without any damage to the welding overlay, regardless of the complexity or shape of the structure. Our overlay plates are extensively utilized across various industries, including mining, cement plants, steel mills, power plants, the sugar industry, as well as glass and paper industries.

Cutting: We offer cutting services for our plates using plasma, water jet, and laser machines, with plasma cutting being the preferred method for optimal results.
Stud Welding: We provide custom fabrication with studs welded to the backing of the wear plate in sizes M12, M16, M20, and M24, tailored to meet customer requirements.
Drilling: We perform precise drilling for straight holes and countersunk holes as needed.
Welding: Our EDP plates are capable of being welded and assembled into various wear parts, ensuring high performance and durability.
